GRAVITY BOX.

 Hey guys! Today we are here to introduce a new app called GRAVITY BOX.
         

     GRAVITY BOX is an app only for rooted android users,by which you can customize your phone to the maximum extent without installing any custom rom. This app gives you a feel which is nearly equal to custom ROMs. In this article we will tell you about few tweaks that can be done through this app.

     Note that there are different versions of gravity box application available for different android versions.For eg: for JellyBean it is gravitybox[JB], for KitKat it is Gravity box[KK],for lollipop its gravity box[LP] and so on...link for few versions are given at the end of the article.To run this application you must have installed exposed installer in your rooted device.

Given below are few things that can be done using this app:


* Using gravity box app you can choose desired tiles on your status bar.You can even set the number of tiles per row.You can also change the colour of the icons in status bar(for eg colour of clock, network indicator etc).You can change the shape of battery indicator(eg to circle, box shape).And yes! You can even bring the clock to centre of the status bar as in iPhone.


* If your phone's navigation bar(buttons like back,home and recent keys) are not softkeys, then you can even get a software navigation bar on your screen.You can swap back and recent keys there.You can also colour fill your navigation bar.



* You can customize the long press action of your navigation keys (like when you long press home key, it would capture a screenshot or you may set a program where in,when you long press the back key, it would switch to the previous app).


* In this app you can add an option called 'advanced reboot menu' by which you can reboot to recovery mode directly. You can also customize the sound of low battery/charged battery warning and even sound of battery if plugged/unplugged.Using this app you can even record the screen if your android phone.


* You can rotate for phone's screen in all 360°.You can also set ascending ringtone.You can manually set the speed of double tap action, long press delay and even time period of volume panel. You can also enable flip to mute option in your phone.


  So note that we have mentioned only a handful of features in this app.There are still lot many tweaks to explore yourself .You can perform media tweaks, application launcher tweaks and it also contains general MediaTek(MTK) fixes.You can even launch engineering mode application through this app.

Disclaimer: To be on safer side, please don't use GRAVITY BOX on any custom ROMs(eg cyanogen mode).Do use this app on stock ROM or else your phone may misbehave!
It is also advised to take a nandroid backup of your android before doing any tweaks.
